classes
my classes are mindful and challenging. they offer opportunities to strengthen and comfort the body, sharpen the mind, and open the heart. to heal, to revel in ecstasy, to deepen your kinesthetic awareness. i hope to help you become more supple, powerful, and present. classes are taught spontaneously, drawing from my eclectic studies in a wide range of traditions, and vary to suit those present in body, mind, and moment. we generally practice to music. these classes are open to practitioners of any level of experience, including new beginners.
