the beloved workshop
a daylong retreat for couples, saturday may 31
intimacy is a sacred language which deepens our natural abilities to nurture and expand our loving relationships. to facilitate curiosity and openheartedness we will explore the ways in which you experience intimacy as individuals and as a couple, and how you might deepen or reimagine those experiences. safe, gentle, and practical exercises for the body and mind will guide our inquiry into the dynamics of intimacy.
the retreat will be intimate itself, limited to four couples in Kristie's home studio and featuring a delicious lunch by the amazing Jennifer Lynch, whose food has charmed our sangha for many years now, even gracing the weddings of many of our community members. our tools will include conversation, guided visualization, writing, yoga, and thai massage.

facilitators
Fiona Brandon, M.P.S, M.A. has a deep respect and curiosity about intimacy and the art of relationship. with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute, Fiona continues to investigate the possibilities offered by intimacy from humanistic, Jungian, Buddhist, and somatic perspectives.
Kristie Dahlia Home is a healing arts practitioner, focusing in the realms of Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Reiki. She has been teaching since 1995; her writings on yoga have been translated and published worldwide. Kristie has a particular interest in the healing aspect of intimacy and in creative relationship structures.

your registration for the retreat takes place with the payment of your nonrefundable $75 registration deposit. you can do this by paying Fiona or Kristie in person, online through PayPal, or by mail, sending your check to:
